CNC Lathes

Our well maintained CNC lathes have chucking capacity of up to 13" and through the spindle diameters of 2-5/8" down to .093.  Tolerances often held on these machines are as close as ±.0004.  The independent turret design of this equipment allows for more than one tool to be in cut at a time, thus reducing cycle times and the cost to produce a part.  Our 5-axis machine with sub-spindle and live tools can produce many parts complete, thereby eliminating costly secondary operations.
